Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

TapnClaw infrastructure may be used for lawful purposes including personal AI assistants, automation, information retrieval, and other legitimate use cases supported by OpenClaw.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use TapnClaw services to:

• Engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or any form of securities fraud
• Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (Telegram, Anthropic, etc.)
• Conduct illegal activities of any kind
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates applicable laws
• Attempt to breach or circumvent the security of your VPS or TapnClaw infrastructure
• Use the service to mine cryptocurrency
• Resell or redistribute VPS access without authorization

3. Resource Usage

Each customer receives a dedicated VPS with allocated resources. Excessive usage that impacts infrastructure stability may result in throttling or suspension.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of service. Severe violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.
