TapnClaw provides virtual private server (VPS) infrastructure for hosting OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant platform. TapnClaw is an infrastructure provider only. We do not provide investment advice, asset management, financial services, or any form of financial guidance.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis. A one-time setup fee may apply depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.
You are solely responsible for: (a) all API keys, credentials, and data stored on your VPS instance; (b) the configuration, behavior, and outputs of your OpenClaw installation; (c) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) any third-party terms of service (e.g., Telegram, Anthropic) that apply to your use of the platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPNCLAW SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHERWISE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapnClaw from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to your bot's behavior, data breaches caused by your configuration, or violations of third-party terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your VPS instance will be deleted after a 7-day grace period. You are responsible for backing up any data before termination.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Florida. Each party bears its own costs of arbitration.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
